Damaged Package:

If you receive the package in damaged condition, kindly send us a mail with the pictures on contact@nutreebee.com, with order details within 24 hours of receiving the order. Likewise, we will do the needful according to the extent of the damage.

Different Order:

Suppose you have received a product other than what you have ordered. Please inform us on email  contact@nuteeebee.com with details. After that, we will verify and send you the correct order immediately.

Cancellation policy:

No cancellation of an order is allowed once it has been processed. However, You can return it if the seal is not broken.

Return policy:

Suppose you’re not satisfied with the quality of our product. By all means, please write to us at contact@nutreebee.com  regarding the grievance and what you disliked about the product.

Accordingly, if it is found genuine, we will replace or issue the refund within two working days.

 Honey may crystallize:

Nutreebee Honey is raw natural honey. So, It may get crystallized sometime in a cold atmosphere.

Crystallization is a natural phenomenon. Therefore, do not consider crystallized honey inferior or adulterated. If crystallized, Keep in warm water or sunlight.
