It is collected immediately after the cultivation of mustard crop when the flowering takes place on Eucalyptus and Indian Rosewood (Sheesham) during the months of March -April. Its color is mild amber and it comes with a woody aroma and a pleasant sweet taste. Multiflora honey is hygienically sieved and packed in a clean and sanitized environment to retain all its purity and nutrients.
