At Nutreebee, we aim to deliver fresh, pure, and high-quality honey products to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping guidelines below.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
2. Shipping Coverage
- We deliver across India through our trusted courier partners.
- If your pincode is not serviceable, we will contact you for an alternate solution or issue a full refund.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 4-7 business days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 6-10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499
- For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 will apply.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be visible at checkout before payment.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Partial COD is available which is 10% of the Total order value & balance to be paid at the time of delivery,
6. Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive:
- A tracking number
- A courier partner name
- A link to track live shipment status
If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing an order, please contact us.
7. Delivery Delays
Nutreebee is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Courier operational issues
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Natural disruptions
We will, however, assist you in coordinating with the courier to resolve issues.
8. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Leaked
- Incorrect
- Missing items
Please email contact@nutreebee.com within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the product & package
- Description of the issue
After verification, we will replace the product or issue a refund as per our Return Policy.
9. Non-Delivery / Returned Shipments
If a shipment returns due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Wrong address
- Failure to accept delivery
We may reship the order after collecting an additional shipping fee.
